My Why for Rock Summit Basketball:
Sports taught me discipline, respect, hard work, responsibility and team work. When I was apart of a team in my youth, I knew I was surrounded by brothers that would go to war with me! I stopped getting into trouble (fights) because I did not want to disappoint my brothers. I believe in Rock Summit Basketball because it teaches our youth to be God fearing young Men while building character.
(2 X National Champion of Greco and FreeStyle Wrestling in High School, State Indiana State Finalist)
A select few of these young men have committed themselves to join a team based on the principles of our vision. This will be a traveling team that contends in the region’s top tournaments for 11th Grade Basketball. Coach Jackson volunteers his time to ensure that each child gets top level coaching and mentoring on and off the court. Positive grade cards, behavioral standards, and volunteer work are all a requirement for each child participating in this program.

Being able to develop friendships with people across Indiana really shaped me into the person I am today, without Coach Jackson and the RSB Basketball program I would have never played basketball through-out my school career! I was given a great opportunity to showcase my abilities on the court and nobody believed in me like Coach Jackson. I made so many memories while playing for RSB that I will never forget!"

"I'll never forget when Coach Jackson picked me up from a t- shirt rec team! I never would have expected a Basketball Coach to recruit me as I lacked quite a few skills that would make me stand out. Ever since he gave me a spot on the team I have made rapid improvements in my game. You do not need to be an all around superstar for him to appreciate you. I was more of a hustle player and coach loved that about me. He seemed to appreciate the good in every player's game and would build on that. Not only is he a good coach on the court, he is also a good life mentor. He is really fun to be around and interacts with his players quite frequently. Coach Jackson is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and is a great coach to have! Even after you are done with AAU he is still around and he cares about you."
